With food costs on the rise many of us are looking for ways to stretch our food budget. I have shared some of my favorite ways to save money on groceries here before but I wanted to share another great way to save money on food today, using up leftovers!

We all do it, stick leftovers in the fridge with the best intentions to eat them only to have to throw them away the next week. A good solution for this is to use leftovers in new ways to make them more enticing to use.

Rethinking our leftovers can transform our grocery budget while still keeping everyone happy and excited about dinner time.
